Hydraulic manifolds

DESCRIPTION

Hydraulic manifolds are key components in industrial automation systems: compact structures that integrate the logic of complex hydraulic circuits, optimizing space and simplifying machine installation. Each manifold can be seen as a functional unit within the system, enabling the control or movement of a specific part of the machine or plant.

Duplomatic MS designs and manufactures custom hydraulic manifolds using advanced 3D modeling systems, considering fluid dynamics, weight constraints, space limitations, and operating environments.

Manifolds can be produced in aluminum, cast iron, carbon steel, or stainless steel (304–316L), with lengths ranging from a few centimeters up to 3 meters and weights up to 12 tons. They can undergo surface treatments such as phosphating, anodizing, zinc-nickel plating, standard painting, or high-performance protective coatings (e.g. C5M), ensuring durability even in harsh environments.

Manifold design is not just a technical task—it’s also a logical and creative process. Duplomatic’s team of experienced engineers works in close collaboration with clients to deliver functional, reliable, and tailor-made solutions.
