DESCRIPTION

A hydraulic test bench (or test rig) is a system designed to assess specific physical parameters of a product, such as a valve, filter, or cylinder, providing accurate data that enables product certification.

Duplomatic MS designs and manufactures test benches (and test rigs) tailored to customer specifications, allowing the testing of a wide range of hydraulic components. The benches are developed in close collaboration with the end customer, incorporating sensors and instrumentation. They integrate with data control, acquisition, and analysis systems, enabling the identification, recording, and/or transmission of test reports.

These benches (or rigs) are often modular, allowing for testing various sizes and versions of the same component, and are certified in compliance with machinery directive and occupational health and safety requirements.
