The technical team specialised in the development of Duplomatic electromechanical solutions creates ISO-standard systems combined with customisations that represent appropriate and flexible solutions to new market requirements:
- lower electricity consumption
- more compact systems
- smart control and versatility
- hygiene and cleanliness, particularly for sectors where lubricated air and oil are not recommended
- simplification of installation and system components
Similar to mechanical actuators, electric actuators add an electric motor to the motion control.
The simpler devices consist of a motor connected to the main thread on which the nut runs.
In some cases, there is an anti-rotation device that allows linear movement of the nut but prevents rotation.
The nut is then anchored to the device to be moved, making the system functional.

In addition, encoders can be used to guarantee functionality and precision movement.

The manufactured systems are tested and checked with extremely rigorous methods according to a detailed checklist.
Our products undergo endurance and maximum thrust tests with monitoring of the work cycles, carried out through a dedicated control software system. Duplomatic has conducted tests and demos on the most diverse application solutions.
