DESCRIPTION

The DDPE*J, DDPE*JL, and DDPE*JH are proportional directional valves with directional pilot control in closed-loop. These valves are equipped with on-board electronics and position feedback, providing precise control for a variety of industrial systems. They are designed for mounting on a plate and are available in sizes from ISO 4401-05 to ISO 4401-10, with oversized ports for increased flow capacity.

Specific Configurations for Plastic Molding Applications: In addition to the classic configurations with closed center and open center, the DDPE*J* valves offer specific spools for injection cycles and other plastic processing applications, such as regenerative circuits and alternate p/Q controls, which are crucial for precise and efficient operation in molding cycles. Whether for high-speed cycles or complex molding processes, the DDPE*J series ensures reliable and accurate control in these demanding applications.

The DDPE*J valves are always equipped with a pressure-reducing valve set to 30 bar for the pilot. Drainage can be either internal or external, with the external drainage option offering greater tolerance to return pressure on the T-line for optimized performance.

On-Board Electronics Options:

  • J Version: Standard electronics with an analogue interface, with current or voltage reference signal, and a 6-pin + PE connection. Ideal for traditional applications with direct control.
  • JL Version: Compact and cost-effective electronics with Io-Link, Can-Open, or analog interface and a 5-pin M12 connection. Perfect for applications requiring advanced connectivity.
  • JH Version: Supports fieldbus communication with EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet interfaces, using an 11-pin M12 connection. Optimal for advanced industrial applications with complex communication needs.
