DESCRIPTION
The DZCEK series are pilot-operated, three-port pressure-reducing proportional valves, designed for subplate mounting.
This explosion-proof version is certified in accordance with ATEX, IECEx, or PESO standards, making it suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, both in surface plants and underground mining environments. A version for low ambient temperatures, down to –40 °C, is also available, ensuring dependable operation even in extreme environmental conditions.
These three-port valves reduce pressure from pressure port P to actuator port A, and allow return flow from A to T when the downstream pressure (at port A) exceeds the set value — ensuring overpressure protection.
Valves are available with 12 V or 24 V supply, and can be equipped with either metric or NPT threaded ports.
Cable glands are sold separately. The valve can be driven by a current-controlled power supply or via an electronic amplifier card, which must be ordered separately and installed in a separate cabinet outside the hazardous area.
