DESCRIPTION
The ECO3 is a smart electric cylinder designed to simplify industrial automation: it integrates a ball screw, brushless motor and positioning electronics in a single compact unit, transforming the actuator into a truly intelligent device. This fully integrated architecture eliminates external components, reduces system complexity and enables fast, safe installation and parameter setting.
Thanks to its ultra‑compact size 32 design compliant with ISO 15552, it installs easily even in the limited spaces typical of modern machinery.
IO‑Link® communication enables rapid parameterisation and real‑time diagnostic data, streamlining integration into modern control systems. The built‑in encoder ensures precise, controlled motion with stroke lengths from 50 to 250 mm and speeds up to 250 mm/s, delivering high load capacity alongside quiet, continuous operation even in demanding duty cycles.
The robust mechanical design—ball screw, double‑row angular contact bearing and guided rod—ensures rigidity, stability and long service life, including under significant transverse loads.
