DESCRIPTION
The EWM-A-PV is a universal power amplifier for proportional valves with closed-loop current control, designed for DIN EN 50022 rail mounting.
The module generates a PWM output signal up to 2.6 A and, depending on the configuration, can control one proportional directional valve with two solenoids, or one or two independent single-solenoid proportional valves (directional, pressure or flow control) via analog input signals. Alternatively, a single or double solenoid proportional valve can be controlled via three digital input signals.
Ramps and up to eight preset command values per input are defined via software. The amplifier also includes curve linearization functions and fault monitoring features.
Configuration is performed using the EWM20_SmartManager software, available for download, with connection via the front USB port.
