DESCRIPTION

The IGS2, IGS3 and IGS5 internal gear pumps are single and double fixed displacement units with cntnuous operating pressures up to 315 bar and low noise levels. Available in three sizes with several displacements each, from 8 to 163 cm³/rev, they offer flexibility across a wide range of hydraulic system requirements.

The pressure-compensated axial and radial design ensures consistent efficiency even at low speeds and with low-viscosity fluids, minimizing flow and pressure pulsations. The high-strength cast iron construction and optimized internal design contribute to quiet and stable operation, even under demanding conditions.

IGS pumps support rotation speeds up to 3000 rpm and flow rates up to 244 l/min, depending on the size. Mounting options include 2-bolt SAE A, SAE B and SAE D flange, cylindrical keyed shaft, and oil ports in compliance with SAE J518 / ISO 6162 standards.

Thanks to their durability, wide speed range, resistance to oil contamination and long service life, IGS pumps are ideal for industrial hydraulic systems, including plastic injection machines, footwear manufacturing, die casting equipment and forklifts. They are also well suited for energy-efficient systems powered by servo inverters.
