DESCRIPTION
Logic elements consist of two-way cartridge valves for cavity mounting and related functional covers, designed for installation in manifolds or panels with cavities compliant with ISO 7368 standards.
The range is available in six nominal sizes (16, 25, 32, 40, 50 and 63) and is designed for the development of complex hydraulic circuits, ensuring high flow rates, low leakage and reduced pressure losses. It includes cartridges for flow and directional control, as well as for pressure control, available with different opening pressure settings.
Monitored LCM versions are also available, equipped with an integrated proximity sensor for detecting the poppet position, making them particularly suitable for applications requiring continuous monitoring and integration into safety-related systems. The monitored versions are certified by TÜV Italia S.r.l. – TÜV SÜD Group and comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, making them suitable for use in safety functions in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1:2023.
The range is complemented by a wide selection of control covers, enabling cartridge pilot operation and the integration of multiple functions, including covers with interface for ISO 4401-03 valves and solutions with integrated pressure relief valves.
