M&A Award to Duplomatic MS
M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) operations continue to be a hot topic in the Italian market, and in 2022, Duplomatic MS also played a leading role with the operation that saw it enter Daikin Industries last July.
On May 4th, the 19th edition of the M&A project by KPMG, Fineurop Soditic (in collaboration with Bocconi University, Aifi, Borsa Italiana, and Class Editori) took place in Milan, which provided an assessment of the sector, but above all, was an opportunity to award the best merger and acquisition deals closed in the Italian market, including the one in which we were protagonists.
The Daikin operation with the acquisition of Duplomatic MS for its strategic nature was selected among the top 3 transactions in the related category "Cross-Border M&A Deals into Italy."
The award ceremony took place on May 4th at 5:30 pm presented by Class CNBC Director, Mr. Andrea Cabrini. The venue was Centro Svizzero, Via Palestro 2, Milan.
At the award ceremony, Roberto Maddalon, CEO of Duplomatic MS, was present along with Mr. Hiroshi Yogo, Vice President, and Mrs. Kei Terukina, HR Specialist of Duplomatic MS.
