DESCRIPTION

SUPER UNIT SUT00S* and SUT00D* are high accuracy hybrid servo pumps designed and manufactured by Daikin Industries, LTD. combining hydraulic technology and synchronous motor with internal permanent magnets. The controller is tuned specially for the coupled servo pump.

The result is a compact hydraulic power unit that achieves high torque and precision control with max 1% hysteresis and linearity. Energy consumption is significantly reduced and the high efficiency of the motor pump ensures that oil heating is minimal.

The range is very wide and offers models with single pump from 11 kW to 15 kW, or combined from 11 kW to 22 kW, with flow rates up to 200 l/min and max pressure up to 250 bar, with or without the manifold for the unloading.

In the SUT00D* models with manifold (equipped with a double pump) the first pump delivers high pressure and low flow rate. When the requested flow rate is higher than that can be delivered by the first pump, the second pump activates, guaranteeing the requested flow rate (at lower pressure).

The controller is supplied and must be installed in an electrical cabinet. Electrical and wiring components necessary for installation are sold separately in special kits, as are the flanges.

Power supply is 3-phase AC 380…440V 50/60Hz (-20% +10%).
